Sevan and Lorne sealed their committment to each other in November last year, on a radiant spring day. We met the couple at Kings Park first for a location shoot among the stately conifers, before travelling to East Victoria Park for the ceremony.
The wedding service was a coptic orthodox ceremony at St Mary and Archangel Michael Orthodox Church. This was the first of such ceremonies that we’ve had the pleasure of photographing, and it was a fantastic eye opener to another culture that we’ve not had the privilege of experiencing until now.
After the church service, we proceeded down to Como where the reception was held but not before we had a few shots taken at the Como jetty against the beautiful sunset.
The reception was held at Frenchy’s in Como, a sit down dinner followed by speeches and great food. Afterwards, the bridal party and the guests hit the dance floor and partied until midnight.
Sevan and Lorne, thank you for sharing your special day with us. We had a heap fun being your wedding photographer.
