We often receive queries about what we do at weddings. In this post, we will attempt to answer some of your queries.

How many photos will we receive?
We do not limit the number of photos in our packages. We take as many photos as required to tell the story of your day or the event. We strive to ensure that the coverage is complete and it tells story of your day.

For Wedding coverage, you can expect anywhere from 400 photos and upwards for a standard package.

Tell me about your photography style
Our style is a combination of natural, journalistic and contemporary. We shoot for the candid moments, with a photojournalistic approach – capturing the day as it unfolds.

Are all the photos touched up?
All our photos are edited and colour corrected, to make sure exposure and white balance is right.

For photos that are chosen for the albums and prints, we would ensure that the photos are all given a more detailed touched up and we may be able to accommodate additional retouching request from you.

When can we expect to see our wedding images?
You will typically receive your proof wedding images around 6 weeks from your wedding date, sometimes even less. Should we experience an unexpected delay, we will ensure that you are kept informed the expected turnaround time.

How long does it take to have the album planning session after we select the photos?
It usually takes us 4 weeks to get the initial album layout done after you have submitted your photos to include in the album. We will arrange a time to sit down with you to go through the initial layout to preview and plan for any changes you might like to incorporate.

How long does it take to get the album?
Once you have signed off the album layout, we will submit the layout for production. Printing usually takes between 6 to 8 weeks. We will keep you informed if any unexpected delays occur. Once we have received your albums from the printers, we will ensure the albums are flawless and will notify you for collection.

Are your packages flexible? Do we have to choose exactly what’s in the package?
Our packages are crafted to provide most of our clients’ needs. However, we are more than happy to customise them for you.

Can I upgrade my album or buy extra pages?
Yes you can always upgrade your album or order extra pages for your album after your big day or the photo session.

Do you travel and are there any charges for travelling?
Yes, we do travel throughout Australia. Additional travelling charges do apply. We do not charge for travelling if the location is within the Perth metro, that is from Joondalup to Rockingham. We will include a small travel charge for areas outside Perth metro area.

Location further afield may incurred an accommodation charge if overnight stays are required. Please get in touch with us if your wedding location is outside Perth and we can work out the best way for us to get to you.

Do we need to provide meals?
We do require a “vendor’s meal” for each of the photographers if we are present to cover for the entire reception.
If the wedding coverage ends just after the bridal party walk into the reception area, no meal will be required.

Do you do video or provide Photo booth services?
We work with some of the best videographers and photo booth service providers in the industry. We can refer you to the videographers we have previously worked. With photo booth, you can book the photo booth through us.
